Purchase and Sale Rules
1. Buyer’s Rights and Obligations
1.1. Buyer’s Rights:
The Buyer has the right to purchase goods on the website in accordance with these Rules.
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase-sale agreement and return the goods in accordance with the procedure set out in these Rules (subject to exceptions applicable to medical devices).
The Buyer has the right to the product warranty and to receive high-quality goods.
1.2. Buyer’s Obligations:
The Buyer must pay for the ordered goods and their delivery in the prescribed manner.
The Buyer undertakes to provide correct and accurate data in the purchase form (name, surname, delivery address, contact details).
The Buyer must accept the ordered goods. If the Buyer refuses to accept the goods without a valid reason, they must cover the delivery costs incurred by the Seller.
The Buyer undertakes to comply with these Rules and the requirements of the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
2. Seller’s Rights and Obligations
2.1. Seller’s Rights:
The Seller has the right to restrict or suspend the Buyer’s ability to use the website without prior notice if the Buyer attempts to damage the website’s operation or stable functioning.
The Seller has the right to cancel an order if the Buyer does not pay for the goods within the specified period.
The Seller has the right to change these Rules by publishing the changes on the website.
2.2. Seller’s Obligations:
The Seller undertakes to provide the Buyer with the conditions to properly use the website and purchase goods.
The Seller undertakes to deliver the goods ordered by the Buyer to the specified address under the conditions set out in these Rules.
The Seller undertakes to respect the Buyer’s privacy and process the Buyer’s personal data only in accordance with the procedure set out in the Privacy Policy and the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
If, due to significant circumstances, the Seller cannot deliver the ordered item, they undertake to refund the money paid by the Buyer within 5 business days.
3. Summary of Delivery and Return Conditions
Delivery: Goods are delivered via “DPD Lithuania” couriers or to parcel lockers. Delivery time in Lithuania is 1–2 business days; in Europe, 3–8 business days. The Buyer must inspect the condition of the shipment upon delivery.
Returns: In accordance with hygiene and health protection requirements, medical instruments whose packaging (sealed plastic bag) has been opened are non-returnable.
Cancellation: The Buyer has the right to return unopened and undamaged goods within 14 days of receipt, covering the shipping costs.
4. Dispute Resolution Policy
All disagreements arising from the execution of these Rules shall be settled through negotiation.
If an agreement cannot be reached through negotiation, the Buyer (consumer) may submit a request or complaint to the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (Vilniaus g. 25, 01402 Vilnius, email: tarnyba@vvtat.lt, website: www.vvtat.lt).
Legal disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania at the location of the Seller’s registered office.
5. Final Provisions
These Rules are drawn up in accordance with the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania, the Law on the Protection of Consumer Rights, and other laws in force in the Republic of Lithuania.
All legal relationships arising from these Rules are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania.
