Returns & Cancellations
Exitooth provides professional-grade dental instruments. Due to the nature of these products as medical devices, we maintain a strict hygiene and safety policy.
Non-Returnable Items: For health protection and hygiene reasons, medical tools cannot be returned or exchanged once the original packaging has been opened.
Sealed Packaging: Our products are delivered in specialised, sealed plastic bags. Please inspect the tool through the transparent bag before opening.
Damaged Packaging/Broken Seals: If the seal is broken or the plastic bag is opened, the item is considered used in a clinical context and will not be accepted back for a refund or exchange.
Product Return Process (14-Day Right of Withdrawal):
If a cardholder or buyer wishes to return an unused and unopened item within 14 days of delivery, the following process must be followed:

The Buyer must submit a return request via email to info@exitooth.com.
Information and Documents Required:
- The order number (received via email at the time of purchase);
- The Buyer’s full name or company/clinic name;
- The exact name and quantity of the item to be returned;
- The date of delivery;
- Photos of the product packaging, clearly proving that the original factory plastic bag (hygiene seal) is completely intact, untorn, and unopened.
Shipping: Upon receiving confirmation and the return address from the Seller, the Buyer must securely pack the item (to prevent damage during transit) and ship it back. The Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Refund Processing: Once the Seller receives the item and physically inspects it to verify that the airtight seal has not been broken, the refund will be issued to the exact same payment card or bank account used for the purchase, within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
Defective Products: If a tool arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us at info@exitooth.com within 48 hours of delivery, including photos of the defect, so we can arrange a replacement.
