Delivery Terms & Conditions

1. Delivery Methods and Partners

To ensure maximum security and efficiency, we entrust all Exitooth shipments to our partner, DPD Lithuania. You can choose from the following delivery methods:

DPD Courier: Delivery directly to your specified clinic or office throughout Europe.

DPD Parcel Lockers (Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia only): Convenient pickup at your nearest DPD Pickup terminal.

2. Delivery Timeframes

Lithuania: 1–2 business days.

Latvia, Estonia: 2–3 business days.

Poland, Germany: 3–4 business days.

Rest of Europe: 4–8 business days (depending on the zone).

Note: Orders placed before 2:00 PM (14:00) are handed over to the courier on the same business day.

3. DPD Predict Service and Tracking

The DPD Predict technology applies to all shipments, providing more flexibility:

In Lithuania: You will receive an SMS or email in the morning with a delivery time window accurate to within 1 hour.

Tracking: Once the goods are shipped, we will provide a tracking number that you can monitor on the DPD self-service website.

Delivery Management: Through the DPD system, you can change the delivery day or redirect the shipment to a nearby parcel locker.

4. Delivery Prices

The delivery price is automatically calculated at the checkout window, based on the weight of the shipment and the recipient’s country according to DPD zone rates.

5. Receiving Shipments and Damages

Since we ship sterile medical instruments, the following rules apply during delivery:

External Inspection: Before signing for the courier, ensure that the DPD packaging or adhesive tape is not damaged. If the packaging is deformed or torn, it is mandatory to fill out a package damage report with the courier or refuse the shipment.

IMPORTANT: Claims for damages noticed later (without an official courier report) may not be honored.

Hygiene Requirements

We remind you that Exitooth tools are packed in sealed plastic bags. Damage to the package’s airtightness voids the right to return the item; therefore, please ensure the product is suitable before opening the inner bag.
